Refund Policy
Across this MEATER storefront, we accept returns of eligible defective and non-defective merchandise and also accept exchanges. Start the request within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returned goods must be new; a non-defective item must remain unused and in its original condition. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods can also be reviewed without limiting rights provided by law.
Approval and return instructions
Email aemanali9737as@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and photographs or video when relevant. Obtain approval before mailing anything. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; after approval, use it with the confirmed instructions. If the label is missing, contact us for assistance. The General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Exchanges, fees, and refunds
There is no restocking fee. Exchange availability depends on review and stock. Once a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
